The second and last day of the seminar focused on topics essential for productivity and excellence on a job. The guest facilitator, also Human Resources expert and board member of WOMEF Mrs. Adio, took the participants on an interactive journey on Good Workplace Attitude and Work Life Balance. Before her session she gave constructive criticisms on participants’ dream board presentations, an exercise that required a thorough use of lessons taught about mission and vision in previous sessions.
